Group Therapy

Discover yourself in relation to others

Group therapy gives you the chance to experience yourself in relation to others, and to discover more about yourself and your relationships in the company of a group.

I bring years of experience holding groups — both as a Mental Health Nurse and through my work with a fostering charity — alongside my training in a Transactional Analysis framework for group work. A TA therapy group is a space to explore relationship difficulties, work and social issues, life transitions, feelings of isolation, and past traumas and losses. It offers multiple perspectives, and the chance to learn not only from the therapist but from the experiences of others in the room.

Being part of a therapy group can offer a real sense of belonging, along with opportunities for insight and growth — it can be an enriching, even transformational, experience.
